After cooling I put in tight-fitting container to store the cookies&#8230;</p>
<p></a>But the result was not good at all. When I can make it as nice, as crispy, as frangrant as Famous Amos Cookies? Sighz&#8230; Or was it due to my mood is not good at all? </p>

In fact, my mood caused two trays turned Black charcoal cookies&#8230;<br />
=__=&#8221;&#8217;</p>
<p><u>Ingredients<br />
</u>125g of butter<br />
90g castor sugar<br />
1 egg<br />
1 egg yolk<br />
1 tsp of vanilla essense<br />
175g Self Raising Flour<br />
90 ml of milk<br />
90g chocolate chip</p>
<p>Method:</p>
<ol>
<li>Set oven temperature to 190 degree celcius.<br />
Grease two baking sheets.</li>
<li>Beat butter and sugar till pale and creamy.<br />
Add egg, egg yolk, vanilla essense, flour, milk nd half of the chocolate chip and stir well until combined.</li>
<li>Use two teaspoons, place small mounds of mixture of baking sheets.<br />
Spacing them slight apart for rooms.</li>
<li>Press remaining chocolate chips on mould top anf press down gently.</li>
<li>Bake for 15 minutes till golden.<br />
Leave cookies on baking sheet for 2 minutes to firm and transfer to a wire rack to cool.</li>

400g Butter<br />
100g margarine<br />
Few pinch of sugar and salt<br />
1kg plain flour<br />
10 tablespoons of Full cream milk powder<br />
5 tablespoons of custard powder<br />
Red Man Pineapple filling (I dun wanna waste time on making the filling. =x)<br />
2 Egg yolk</p>
<p>Decoration: Cloves &#8211; herb for fragrant too.</p>
<p><u>Method</u></p>
<ol>
<li>Roll the pineapple filling into a small ball first. Leave it aside.</li>
<li>Preheat oven to 180.C.</li>
<li>Sift the flour, cream powder and custard powder.</li>
<li>Mix the butter, margarine, sugar and salt together.</li>
<li>Mix the dry mixtures to the butter.</li>
<li>Cut the butter into smaller cubes and mix with flour to prevent butter to melt easily.</li>
<li>Add the egg yolk to it.</li>
<li>Start rubbing-in and form into a dough.</li>
<li>If the mixture is too dry, add oil to it.</li>
<li>Knead the dough to make the pastry soften.</li>
<li>Let the dough rest for 10mins with plastic bag covered it.</li>
<li>After 10mins, take a small portion and roll into a ball.</li>
<li>Place the pineapple filling ball  in the middle and cover the the pastry around the filling.</li>
<li>Put clove on top of the ball and glaze with beaten egg for shiny.</li>
<li>Bake for about 20mins till golden brown.</li>
<li>Let it cool before store in a tight container.</li>
<li>Store in cool dry area.</li>
</ol>
<p>Try it and you will love the pineapple tarts. =)</p>

<p><u>Ingredients:<br />
</u>75g Self-Raising flour<br />
75g butter<br />
60g sugar (You can minimize to 45g to avoid sweet coz&#8217; of chocolate chips)<br />
1 large egg and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence &#8211; beat together<br />
1-2 tablespoons milk<br />
Chocolate Chips / mini M&amp;M chocolate (Quantity based on own estimation)</p>
<p><u>Method:</u></p>
<ol>
<li>Sieve the flour.</li>
<li>Cream the butter and sugar till light and fluffy.</li>
<li>Add the egg a little at a time.<br />
Beat well after each addition of egg.</li>
<li>When all the egg has been added in, fold in the flour with a metal spoon.</li>
<li>Fold in the flour to get a soft dropping consistency.</li>
<li>Pour into prepared baking tins and bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 15 mins.<br />
Oven Temperature &#8211; 200.C or Reg 7.</li>
<li>Cool on a wire rack when ready.</li>
</ol>

<p>Why I did not set up another account using BlogSpot.com too?<br />
It is because I am involving a community service which required me to learn WordPress.com. Haha&#8230;</p>
<p>I thought of using &#8220;ilovebaking&#8221; or &#8220;bakinglover&#8221; for my username.<br />
But Jayson helped me to come up of this &#8220;bakerzhaven&#8221;.<br />
Blog title also ask from him de. Heehee~<br />
I like this word very much. Thanks Jayson. =)<br />
If you know how to bake, you will then know why I love baking.<br />
